Gnubiotics has a global Marketing and Distribution Agreement with ADM’s Animal Nutrition Division. ADM’s responsibility is to sell and distribute AMObiome as a functional ingredient to its customers through its global sales organization.

ADM is the global leader in animal nutrition, generating $3.7 billion in sales in 2024 and operating across all major pet markets. ADM has a multi-tiered business model giving it unparalleled distribution reach:

• B2B premix supplier to leading pet food brands, including Purina, Mars, and Hill’s
• Pet food manufacturer for private label and emerging brands
• Contract manufacturer for pet supplements (e.g., soft chews) sold
  under brands, such as Nutramax and Zesty Paws, as well as private
  label products
• B2C operator in select markets, such as the UK, where it owns and
  markets its brand of supplements, Protexin, to veterinarians.
